The Story
Regina bought this house on a whim and in anticipation of our retirement in a few years. It is rented out to allow families and large groups to enjoy this beautiful area, but also to help pay for maintenance costs. We expect our visitors to respect this beautiful place.
We don’t live on site, it is a neighbour who will welcome you and take care of you during your stay. She lives 200m. from the house and is very available. She speaks mainly English.
It is a beautiful semi-detached villa on one side, less than 10 minutes from the sea by car, which can comfortably accommodate up to 13 people (1 to 2 additional people on request), in 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms on 2 floors, the whole house is at your disposal.
Spacious living – dining room, satellite TV, comfortable sofas, free wi-fi.
Large fully renovated kitchen with professional gas cooker (5 burners, one of which is out of order and 2 ovens), American fridge, dishwasher and all the comfort you need.
Reversible air conditioning cold / warm in all living rooms.
The private salt pool
A superb swimming pool of 8 x 4 m. and 1 to 2 m. deep will bring you the ideal coolness during the hot summer days and evenings. Comfortable deckchairs are of course available free of charge.

A friendly exterior
Outside barbecue under cover, on a large paved terrace.
Private parking with gate in front of the house, public parking on the street along.
The neighborhood
Ideal location very easy to find and find, road limited to 30Km/h, very quiet, 5 minutes walk from a friendly restaurant with playground, live music and entertainment.
Shopping centres a few minutes away, many small shops in l’Ametlla de Mar less than 10 minutes by car.
The climate
The climate in L’Ametlla de Mar is very pleasant. With almost 300 days of sunshine a year, it is the ideal destination to spend the summer. Temperatures in L’Ametlla de Mar range between 23 and 29 degrees in summer and 8 and 16 in winter, with mild and pleasant springs and rainier autumns. In autumn and winter, the Mistral wind is frequent, a north-westerly wind that leaves the sky clean and intensely blue. The rainy season is autumn, although not very abundant, and snow is particularly rare.
