The price is for the whole house for 2 people.
The average current price is €185 per night for 2 people, then €25 per additional person and per night (linen, cleaning, etc.).
The maximum comfortable is 13 people, possibility of 1 – 2 additional people on request.

Deposit of € 1’000.00 per stay, refunded maximum 7 days after departure if nothing to report.
Cleaning costs from € 50 to € 80 per stay. If an intermediate cleaning is desired during a stay of more than a week, to be arranged on the spot with the person who welcomed you.
5% discount for 7 days and 10% discount for 30 days and more.
Arrival from 4pm, departure before 10am unless previously arranged with your local contact.
No departure and arrival on the same day, to allow time for a complete cleaning.
Payment and confirmation: 50% deposit at reservation, the balance 30 days before the beginning of the stay.
Cancellations: No charge up to 60 days before the arrival date, 50% from 59 to 30 days, and no refund from the 30th day.
Possibility to pay monthly from the date of reservation, paying each month the total amount of the reservation divided by the number of months until arrival.
The rate is for the whole house, up to 6 people.
Afterwards, there is an extra charge of € 5.00 / day / additional person for cleaning and bed linen. Comfortable maximum of 15 persons, with the possibility of an extra person in a sofa bed in the living room.
The house is non-smoking, we tolerate smoke outside if ashtrays are used. In case of smoking in the house, cleaning costs of € 150.00 per room smelling of tobacco, taken directly from the deposit.
No breakfast included.
Free parking in front of the house, in the courtyard and in the street.
Small pets are allowed, cleaning costs € 25.00 per stay.

L’Ametlla de Mar is located 55 kilometres from Tarragona and 155 from Barcelona. The closest airport is Reus airport, 50 kilometres away and accessible by road, although it is not connected by public transport and is poorly served by the major airlines.
The distance between Ametlla de Mar and Barcelona airport is 134 kilometres, about 80 minutes by car. At Ametlla de Mar there is a train station from where trains regularly depart to PortAventura, Salou, Cambrils, Tarragona and Barcelona and also southwards to Valencia. You can reach l’Ametlla de Mar by motorway (AP-7 or A-7) and by the N-340.
